Application Tip: On a clean, dry or freshly primed lip, use one to two swipes of the Liquid Lip Silks on your bottom lip to begin filling in the lip. Use the edge of the wand to trace the outline of the bottom lip. As hard as it may be, try to not rub lips together. Once bottom lip is filled in, apply using the same technique on the top lip. Allow a few minutes to dry and your soft matte lip look is complete!
