***PLEASE NOTE:*** The waist line on this dress is high due to the fixed length shoulder straps. This means that it will fit best for those who are on the short side, or those who have a short torso. This is reflected in our sale price!
On most of our dresses this would be alleviated by an adjustable length shoulder strap. The three shoulder straps on the Tammy are fixed in place. If you or someone you know likes to sew, we've seen some amazing solutions involving cutting and resewing the straps to make a halter, or two straps in front and one in back to allow the dress to sit lower.
