Returns
In order for an item to be returned it has to be unworn and unwashed. All original tags must be attached. We allow returns that are postmarked within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
In your return, please include your original invoice (a copy will suffice). Circle or highlight the items that are being returned. We may charge a restocking fee of 5% of each returned item's value up to $10.
We highly recommend taking your package directly to your shipment center to obtain a receipt as we are not responsible for lost packages without proof of package shipment.
Refunds
Once we receive your order we will begin the refund process. Items in original condition that were not Final Sale will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 8 - 10 business days for this refund to process. The amount you will receive will be after shipping and restocking fees are removed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an order that is damaged or your items are defective or incorrect you must contact our customer service via our online Chat Function or via email at info@tatyana.com. Please ensure you contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. Orders sent back without prior approval will be subject to restocking fees and shipping charges and will be refunded to your customer account in the form of store credit.
Final Sale
The following items are considered Final Sale: Items on Clearance; items of a personal nature such as a crinoline, a bathing suit, or a nightgown; and items from other brands purchased on Tatyana.com such as Death Valley of the Dolls, Bow & Crossbones, and MAK.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective or not as ordered. To determine if your order is eligible for return, please contact us at info@tatyana.com.
